Let's Dish! Rueben Dip

INGREDIENTS
4 slices Shredded corned beef
6 oz Softened cream cheese
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
2 TBSP parsley, chopped
1/4 cup thousand island dressing
1/2 cup Sauerkraut
24 slices Party rye bread


DIRECTIONS
Heat all ingredients, except party rye bread, in a small sauce pan over medium heat until cheese is melted.

or

Place ingredients, except party rye bread, in a microwave-safe bowl; heat on high for 2-3 minutes until warm & cheese is melted.

Serve as a spread over party rye bread.

Serves 6.


TIP

You can keep this spread warm in a small crockpot on low.

Asiago Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
5 oz container of shredded asiago cheese


DIRECTIONS
Mix together and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or baguette. Enjoy!

Cashew Chipotle Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 can of drained & rinsed black beans
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 c. Raspberry Chipotle sauce (can be found at Marshall Fields or Byerlys)
1/3 c. chopped cilantro
1 c. cashews

DIRECTIONS
Layer in this order the ingredients are listed. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. Enjoy!

Chili Con Queso Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 pound hamburger or sausage (I used 1lb. Sweet Italian Sausage & 1 lb. Mild Italian Sausage for more flavor found in Cub's meat dept.)
10 ¾ oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 lb. Package Velveeta cheese
8 ounce jar of salsa
1 bag restaurant style tortilla chips


DIRECTIONS
Brown sausage, drain and set aside.
